Processing Time



All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.


During high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as every order is handled with care.





Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)



Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.





Order Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.





Shipping Locations



At this time, Anjolie Essence Co. ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.





Packaging & Handling



All fragrance products are securely packaged to prevent leakage or damage during transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item so we can assist you.





Incorrect Addresses



Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.





Lost or Delayed Packages



Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Anjolie Essence Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
